Peach State Roller Derby Double Header

Acworth is thrilled to announce that Peach State Roller Derby will be hosting their next Double Header at the Acworth Community District in its Parkside District! Come for the skates, stay for the competition. It’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon downtown.

Game 1: Peach State Roller Derby vs. Hard Knox Roller Derby

The event will kick off with an intense matchup between Peach State Roller Derby and Hard Knox Roller Derby. This game will showcase the skill, strategy, and speed that roller derby fans love, making it a must-see for anyone who enjoys fast-paced sports.

Game 2: A Farewell to “Papa Crisis”

The second game will be a deeply emotional tribute to Papa Crisis, who will be retiring from playing roller derby after this event. Players from across the Southeast will come together for this special match, honoring Papa’s legacy by skating alongside him one last time. Although he is retiring from competitive play, Papa Crisis will continue his role as a coach, sharing his vast knowledge and passion for the sport.
